Lexis Ohanian Co-founder of the Reddit community announced his resigns from the company board of directors and ask other decision-makers that they should replace his place with a black person yesterday on twitter.


  he also likes to wish to reinvest gains from his Reddit stock "to serve the black community, chiefly to curb racial hate." he donated 1 million $ also in support for black people to "know your right camp" that is a free campaign for youth funded by Kaepernick to raise awareness on self-empowerment & interacting with law enforcement.

I've resigned as a member of the Reddit board, I have urged them to fill my seat with a black candidate, + I will use future gains on my Reddit stock to serve the black community, chiefly to curb racial hate, and I’m starting with a pledge of $1M to @kaepernick7’s @yourrightscamp


Ohanian, who is married to tennis star Serena Williams, said he felt compelled to make the move so he can answer his black daughter when she asks, "What did you do?" 


he resigns due to an incident where a black man killed by police that happen last week in n Minnesota. The whole USA gets burning in the violence and riots against the racism and the killing of a black person George Floyd. and people from all around the world now running campaign and asking for security for black persons.


A report found that 37% of S&P 500 companies had no black person in board members. That included major tech firms like Cisco, Oracle, and Intuit.
